My career started as a Court Reporter in Miami, Florida.  After Hurricane Andrew we moved from Miami up north to Wellington, Florida.  In 2000, my family transferred to Phoenix, AZ due to my husband's job.  It has been quite a journey~We went from the Tropics to the Desert!  My family's background is Real Estate  -  My father was the Chief Appraiser at FHA in Miami,  Florida and my mother worked in the mortgage industry.  They both encouraged me to be a real estate agent and the rest is history!

 

In addition to attending  The Arizona School of Real Estate & Business in Scottsdale,  Arizona I also received four additional designations.  They are the following:

     

	(ABR)  Accredited Buyer's Representative - This designation  has enabled me find the perfect home for my buyer, negotiate the contract, and serve as the client's advocate in the purchase of their property.  http://rebac.net
	(GRI) Graduate Realtor Institute which is an additional 90 hours of class that consist of Negotiating, Communicating, Consultation, Business Planning, Residential Financing and many other excellent courses that have helped me with my clients and business. www.aaronline.com
	(CRS) Certified Residential Specialist - This is the designation that I am the most  proud of due to the fact that only 4% of  the REALTORS® in the country have this designation.   I traveled all over the United States to attend these informative classes and it is a privedlege to pass the knowledge on to my clients and educate them on the buying and selling process.  www.CRS.com
	(Certified Distressed Property Expert) This designation has given me extensive training to educate the homeowner about their options and solutions who face possible foreclosure and financial crisis. www.CDPE.com
